Steven Babitsky, Esq.
Founder
Steven Babitsky, Esq., is the Founder of SEAK, Inc. Steve graduated from Brooklyn College and then Boston College Law School and subsequently was a workers’ compensation litigator for twenty years. Steve retired from practicing law in 1991 to concentrate full time on SEAK. He is a thought leader on expert witnessing, negotiating, IMEs, consulting, and file/disability reviews. Steve has trained many thousands of professionals and has served as a 1-1 consultant to countless expert witnesses and physicians.
James J. Mangraviti, Jr, Esq.
Principal
James J. Mangraviti, Jr., Esq., Thought leader on expert witnessing. Principal of the expert witness training company SEAK, Inc. Former litigator. Co-author of over thirty books. Has trained thousands of expert witnesses through seminars, conferences, 1-1 mentoring, corporate training, training for professional societies, and training for governmental agencies including the FBI, SEC, IRS, Secret Service, NYPD, and Department of Defense. Mr. Mangraviti received his BA degree in mathematics summa cum laude from Boston College and his JD degree cum laude from Boston College Law School.

Principal
Alex Babitsky, MBA is a Principal of SEAK, Inc. He joined SEAK full time in 2004. Alex received his MBA from Northeastern University and a BS degree from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Babitsky is the SEAK Principal in charge of SEAK’s Professional Directories: SEAK’s Expert Witness Directory and SEAK’s National Directory of Independent Medical Examiners. Under Alex’s leadership, SEAK’s Expert Witness Directory has experienced exponential growth and has become the #1 rated expert witness directory.

Nadine Nasser Donovan, Esq.
Lead Trainer & Consultant
Nadine Nasser Donovan, Esq., is a former medical malpractice defense attorney, and has been on the SEAK Faculty since 2002. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach, and has personally mentored, trained, and consulted with thousands of medical professionals, including medical defendants. As SEAK’s lead onsite trainer, Nadine delivers customized expert witness training workshops to governmental agencies, associations, and consulting firms nationwide. Nadine is SEAK’s Medical Malpractice Practice Leader, where she has developed multiple specialized medical malpractice testifying training programs for physicians, and has provided lectures to medical students, residents, and in grand rounds. Nadine is the co-author of the three leading texts on expert testifying and witnessing. She received her J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School and graduated from Fordham University summa cum laude with a B.A. in French Literature.

Kelly J. Wilbur, Esq.
Vice President
Kelly J. Wilbur, Esq. Kelly was an insurance defense and commercial litigator for five years prior to joining SEAK. Kelly received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts School of Law in 2015 and graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a B.A. in Political Science. While at St. Mary’s, Kelly was a member of the nationally ranked varsity sailing team and was a two-time All American. Kelly has experience preparing experts for deposition and trial testimony.
